GUN PURCHASE RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

BUYING A GUN FROM C.P.E.

IN STORE PURCHASE:

The buyer needs to have Valid CA drivers license, or I.D. card,
and (if handgun) needs to satisfy the HSC requirement.

California Registration fee is $25.00/ gun.

OUT OF STATE PURCHASE:

In order for you to purchase a gun from us all you have to due is find a gun store in your area that will accept the transfer from us. That gun store will take care of all of state registration requirements for your state. You pay us for the gun and shipping and them a fee for receiving the gun and state paperwork.

SENDING A FIREARM TO C.P.E.

Requirements for Receiving:

The sending dealer must have a signed copy of our Store FFL (Federal Firearms License) before they can ship us the firearm. Only guns that are legal in CA can be shipped!

The fee for Receiving a firearm is $70.00, plus the $25.00 State registration fee.

PRIVATE PARTY TRANSFERS:

Both parties need to be present with firearm to complete the transfer. The seller is only required to have a drivers license. The buyer needs to have Valid CA drivers license, or I.D. card, and (if handgun) needs to satisfy the HSC Certification
(only necessary on purchases made in CA by residents).

The fee for this is $35.00
